- Time to update the old blog…I have been enjoying Colorado Springs since I retired from the Air Force (July2011). I still work as a surgery tech and have meet a lot of great people here. I grew up in Burns Wy and figured this was close enough to home without being in Wy. I am now a grandfather of two wonderful grandsons. My two oldest daughters are the culprits. I have eight wonderful children (4 girls and 4 boys). Five are still at home and our last has received his “wings”. I wrote a book about him a few years ago called Drift in Your Pillows Eyes it’s a bed time story.

This is truely an American Wilderness family. Having just returned from church on Easter Sunday. Instead of sitting down infront of the proverbial Television, they sit down and take a photograph of themselves. Just great guys. Keep up the good work.
Sorry I thought this was after church, Maybe should have read the photo caption on the side. Dad's have a hard time reading the small print.
